Shipping Info:  

To other addresses in Hawaii we can ship USPS or UPS at about the same rate. If you are in the continental united states USPS Priority is usually the most economical method, with USPS Flat rate boxes being our preferred method of shipping. 

Depending on the order we are willing to work with you on custom shipping methods.
 

Shipping Time Via USPS Priority:

Note - these are not guaranteed times but are the average we have been observing from real orders. 

Shipping anywhere in the state of Hawaii = 1-2 business days

Shipping to the the West Coast US = 4-5 business days

Shipping to the the East Coast US  = 5-6 business days 

Do you ship internationally?:

Yes but our google chechout store does not yet support this. If you would like to place an order please send us a request using the Quote Request Form and we will send a request for payment of the total with shipping to your email using google checkout. 

Payment Info:  

Our preferred method of processing online orders is through google checkout - it is fast, easy, and secure. We never see your credit card information - only google does. (Google Checkout also takes less % of the sale than Paypal)

Can I place an order using Paypal? Yes you can - please use our Quote Request Form and mention in the "message" section at the bottom that you would like to place an order using Paypal. We will send you a payment request through Paypal for the total. 

What is your Hawaii DOE vendor number?

Our vendor number is : 141703

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes we accept purchase orders from schools and other companies. 

Quantity discount?

We apply a 10% discount to parts with a qty over 10 (except the brushbot motor 5 pack). This discount will be applied to online store orders before the total is charged.
