Shipping Info:

USPS Priority Mail is the most economical method for any order over 13 oz and includes a tracking number.

For orders under 13 oz USPS First-Class is just as fast as priority mail but does not include tracking.

Please contact us if you’d like to request a custom shipping method.

 

Shipping Time Via USPS Priority:

These estimates are based on what we’ve observed from real orders:

Shipping to the the West Coast US:  4-5 business days

Shipping to the the East Coast US:  5-6 business days

Shipping anywhere in the state of Hawaii:  1-2 business days

 

Do you ship internationally?:

Yes! out shopping cart / checkout page should calculate accurate international shipping, if you have any questions contact us.

Our vendor number is 141703.

 

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we’re happy to accept purchase orders from schools and other approved organizations.

We do however have a $100 minimum order limit if you will be paying via purchase order. Credit card orders have no minimum order limit.

To create a quote for purchase order creation please use our website to add all the required items to your cart and go to the checkout page, once there choose “Generate Quote” or “Pay with Purchase Order” from the payment options. This will not require immediate payment but instead gives you an accurate price with shipping + tax to base your PO upon.

 

Quantity discount?

We apply a 10% discount to parts ordered in quantities over 10 (except the Brushbot motor 5-pack). This discount is applied to online store orders automatically.

 

Website Security?

We take security very seriously which is why we use SSL encryption on the Checkout page and the Login page so that your physical address and email are never exposed without encryption.

We never have access to any of your credit card information directly – Paypal, Amazon or Stripe take care of that.
